Adrian Mullen looks set to miss out on the remainder of Ballyhale Shamrocks’s Leinster SHC club campaign after suffering a broken thumb in Sunday’s quarter-final win over Kilcormac-Killoughey.

The 26-year-old is set to undergo surgery on Thursday arising from the incident in the closing stages of the game in UPMC Nowlan Park that is believed to have sparked the post-match row.
