Comeragh Rangers and Southern Gaels to meet in Munster senior ladies final

The semi-finals of the Ulster championship will take place next weekend. Title holders Clann Éireann of Armagh, who defeated Fermanagh’s Derrygonnelly Harps by 5-11 to 0-9 in a midweek refixture, will take on Antrim’s St Ergnats Moneyglass while Lurgan from Cavan will meet Tyrone’s Errigal Ciaran in the other semi-final.

Last year’s Munster runners-up Comeragh Rangers from Waterford are through to the provincial decider again this season as action continued in the race for AIB All-Ireland senior club ladies championship at the weekend.

The Waterford champions will meet Southern Gaels from Kerry in the Munster final with both clubs bidding to win the title for the first time when they meet in Mallow next Sunday (3.30pm).
