Tony Leen: Kerry finale struggling to keep sated Kingdom fans engaged. Why?
DINGLE DELIGHT: Two years ago Paul Geaney and Dingle captured the Kerry Club SFC in Tralee but Sunday, at the same venue, they wan to go a step closer to winning what many stll see as the Big One in Kerry - the Bishop Moynihan trophy. Pic: David Fitzgerald/Sportsfile
WITH the cannister canned, Jack back on board and the team holiday delights of Nashville, Tennessee and Mexico to look forward to for Kerry’s All-Ireland winners, the Kingdom ought to be positively giddy ahead of the senior football championship semi-finals this weekend.
These days are for savouring. Everyone bate and the hay saved sort-of-vibe. Eight of Kerry’s July heroes will be on show with the side order of inter-county captaincy up for debate too. Paul Geaney with the 2026 armband in a swansong season? How bad.
