The GAA should maintain a zero-tolerance approach to head-high tackling in Gaelic football and hurling, according to world-leading sports-related concussion expert Dr Michael “Micky” Collins.

Based in Pittsburgh with UPMC Sports Medicine where he is executive director of their concussion programme, Collins has been engaging with the GAA since helping to develop their programme for baseline concussion testing in 2021.
