Mayo GAA to propose Andy Moran as new football manager

Moran's former Mayo teammate Colm Boyle and former Derry manager Paddy Tally will be part of his backroom team.

Andy Moran is set to become the new manager of the Mayo senior footballers following the conclusion of the recruitment process. Colm Boyle and Paddy Tally will be part of his backroom team. 

An executive meeting of the Mayo County Board was called for Monday night after two candidates for the role were interviewed last week, 2017 Footballer of the Year Moran and Armagh All-Ireland winner Tony McEntee.
