The decision by the Camogie Association’s special congress to allow players to wear shorts is welcomed by Limerick senior camogie manager Joe Quaid. 

However, it does leave them in a bit of a bind ahead of their All-Ireland championship opening round against reigning champions Cork on Saturday (Páirc Uí Rinn, 4pm). They’re in a race against time to ensure they have the correct uniform which is a green jersey and green shorts.
