Tailteann Cup Group 2: OFFALY 2-13 (2-1-11) WICKLOW 0-11 (0-1-6) 

Neither Offaly nor Wicklow showed anything like the same sharpness and attacking quality today that was on display in their Leinster quarter-final defeats to Meath and Wicklow. However Jack Bryant’s finishing and Cathal Flynn’s playmaking was enough to ensure that Offaly still brought to an end their run of five-consecutive Tailteann Cup defeats over the past two seasons.
