Paudie Clifford is set to miss the Munster SFC final after he failed in his bid to overturn his red card picked up against Cork on Saturday April 19 at the Central Hearings Committee (CHC) meeting held last night.

Clifford received a red card for a high tackle on Cork's Matty Taylor with 10 minutes of normal time remaining in the Munster SFC semi-final at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh with referee Barry Tiernan deeming the challenge dangerous.
