Monaghan would have preferred if their Allianz Division 2 final against Roscommon was played on Sunday.

Following a request by Roscommon to the Central Competitions Control Committee, the game was arranged for Saturday. Roscommon had sought a seven-day run-in to their Connacht quarter-final against London, which takes place in Ruislip on Saturday week.
