Shane Curran's departure as Carlow boss down to 'player related issues'

Shane Curran has stepped down as Carlow manager after just seven months and seven matches in charge. 

The Carlow county board announced Curran's departure on Wednesday, indicating they are in the process of recruiting an interim manager for the upcoming championship campaign.
