Mickey Harte: new kick-out rule adding nothing to the game

Mickey Harte has reiterated his dislike of the new kick-out rule, with fellow Offaly joint-manager Declan Kelly calling for a reversal of the stipulation that all restarts must travel beyond the 40-metre arc.

Harte lamented how kick-outs have now become “predictable” and do nothing to improve the attractiveness of the game.
