James Horan: ‘It's bonkers. We have to do something about the league’

The tight turnaround between the National Football League and the championship is something that must be addressed this year, according to former Mayo manager James Horan.
Speaking on the Irish Examiner’s Gaelic football podcast, Horan hit out at the schedule. Four teams involved in league finals this weekend will play in their provincial opener seven days later: Mayo, Roscommon, Limerick and Wexford.
