Sigerson Cup champions DCU lead the way in the Electric Ireland Team of the Year for the competition. The Dublin university has seven players included on the team. There are also four players from UCD and two each from TU Dublin and Ulster University. 

In terms of the county-by-county breakdown of the team, there are four players from Dublin, two each from Meath and Leitrim, and one each from Cavan, Longford, Fermanagh, Laois, Derry, Monaghan and Offaly. There are no players included from Munster or Connacht.

DCU won their sixth Sigerson Cup title, and their first since 2020, with a four-point victory over UCD last month.
