Lyng gets Kilkenny reaction: 'Last week wasn't a true reflection of those players'

Kilkenny boss Derek Lyng admitted his camp leaned on a poor outing against Tipperary last week to rebound against Limerick

Derek Lyng wouldn’t say it was one of the toughest weeks he’s put down as Kilkenny manager but his satisfaction in finishing the league on a high was obvious.

After incurring three red cards against Tipperary last week and facing the possibility of going the campaign without a home win, this victory over Limerick was graciously received.
