20-second limit for kick-outs changed to 30 seconds

The previous limit had come in for widespread criticism recently.

The Football Review Committee have recommended that the 20-second guideline for kick-outs change to 30 seconds.

Last week it was reported that the FRC have recommended six amendments to their experimental rules. The GAA’s Management Committee were briefed on the changes and they will be voted on by Central Council this Monday.
