Cork manager John Cleary has conceded that the county’s latest promotion push is over following the biggest defeat of his three-year reign.

A second-consecutive defeat to a side demoted from the League's top flight last year - the team’s third of the spring in total - leaves Cork rooted on four points from a possible 10.
