New Munster chairman Tim Murphy says the GAA’s practice of recruiting outside managers has turned it into “something it was never meant to become”.

Succeeding Ger Ryan at the province’s annual convention Tralee on Saturday night, Kerryman Murphy outlined the measures Munster GAA are taking to encourage clubs and counties appoint from officials and officers from within their own ranks.
