Orchard can blossom under new rules, insists Clarke

Armagh have the forwards to exploit the new regime, the county legend says.

Armagh great Ronan Clarke reckons too many new rules are being brought in at the one time though he believes the All-Ireland holders are in a good position to capitalise.

The 2002 All-Ireland winning full-forward, an All-Star in 2006 and 2009, is the latest former star to have been given TG4's Laochra Gael treatment.
