Kildare’s Kevin Feely is expecting the Football Review Committee (FRC) to revisit a couple of the new rules after the Allianz Leagues.
Feely believes the FRC may have to restrict goalkeepers from advancing past the halfway line to prevent overloads. He also suggests insisting players hand the ball back to fouled opponents or risk the free being advanced 50 metres is too severe and will require an amendment.
