Mark Bourke has been named Kerry Ladies Senior Manager after special county board meeting was held tonight by Kerry LGFA.

The Tralee native succeeds Darragh Long and Declan Quill who stepped down as joint managers in September after guiding the Kerry ladies to their first All-Ireland title since 1993.

Bourke has managed his native Na Gaeil, Castleisland Desmonds, St Senans and Milltown/Castlemaine who he guided to last year's County Intermediate championship with a famous win over Fossa.

Mike Tim O'Sullivan and Wayne Murphy join Bourke as Head Coach and Strength and Conditioning coach respectively.

Sophie Houlihan is the teams Physio and is joined by Sports Psychologist Claire Thornton with Kevin Beasley as Nutritionist. Nora Fealey is named FLO.
