Semple Stadium to host Sarsfields-Ballygunner Munster Club final

As The Gunners aim for a fourth consecutive provincial title, it will be the seventh time in the last 10 championships that the final has been arranged for Semple Stadium.

FBD Semple Stadium will stage the Munster Club senior hurling final between Sarsfields and Ballygunner on Sunday week (3.15pm throw-in).

It is the third consecutive year that the game will be staged at the Thurles venue, Ballygunner beating Clonlara there last season as they did Ballyea the year before.

The Munster intermediate club hurling decider between Watergrasshill and Cashel King Cormacs have been organised for TUS Gaelic Grounds on Saturday week with a 6pm throw-in.

In the junior final, Russell Rovers and Kilrossanty elected to toss a coin for home venue, which the Cork champions won. Their game goes ahead in Páirc Uí Rinn at 1pm.
