Feakle's Class of '88 leading the way for current crop 

On Sunday, Feakle will make a first Clare SHC final appearance since 1988. Up to 10 of that team will have at least one son who will be either a starter or sub on Sunday.

It was just a wonderful feeling to deliver for your parish and see people who had been around in the 1930s and at last had seen the gap bridged. I had worked with some of these people saving hay and in the bog and 80 percent of our time was spent talking about hurling."
