Waterford SHC: Ryan insists too many soft frees being given

In Sunday's semi-final doubleheader at Walsh Park, Ballygunner continue their quest for eleven in a row against neighbours Passage.

Former Waterford hurling manager Michael Ryan believes that too many frees are being blown in the senior club championship.

"I'm not suggesting for one moment that the referees are doing anything wrong but there seems to be a big gulf in consistency," he told WLR's Lár Na Páirce show.
