Ballincollig 0-9 Newcestown 0-8 

Ballincollig are back in the mix to qualify out of Group 1 of the McCarthy Insurance Group Cork Premier SFC after they edged Newcestown in a tense encounter in Ovens on Saturday evening. The result leaves them tied on two points with the West Cork side as the two teams lie sandwiched between Nemo Rangers and Éire Óg.
