Conor Laverty says pushing players out of their comfort zone and addressing a culture of accepting defeat has been at the root of Down's turnaround.

The Mourne are favourites to win tomorrow's Tailteann Cup final and to secure a pass to next year's All-Ireland SFC having already been promoted to Division 2 in spring.
