Jarlath Burns couldn’t believe his ears on Sunday night.

Clare’s Central Council delegate Robert Frost informed the GAA president and fellow delegates that he had been mandated by his county board executive to vote against the All-Ireland SHC quarter-finals moving to Sunday.
