Liam Cahill insists Tipperary’s fortunes will turn in his time or somebody’s else as he contemplated a second double-digit defeat in three matches.

Tipperary were unceremoniously dumped out of the championship for the third time in the fifth iteration of the round-robin format and Cahill acknowledged they are now in a full-blown transition.
