Mayo forward James Carr has been ruled out for a few weeks after injuring his knee before last Sunday’s game against Galway.

The Ardagh clubman was not included in Kevin McStay’s squad for their one-point Connacht final defeat and a spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday that he recently suffered a further setback.
