Offaly are back in control of their own destiny while Westmeath’s Joe McDonagh Cup hopes are hanging by a thread after the Faithful County finished strongly, outscoring their neighbours by 1-4 to 0-1 in the closing minutes of an action-packed battle in Tullamore.
