Jack O’Connor: ‘We certainly looked early on as if we were a bit off the pace’

It is just under a month since Kerry eased past Galway in their last competitive fixture and for manager Jack O’Connor, that showed on Saturday.

Kerry trailed 1-6 to 0-5 after the opening quarter but went on to limit the away outfit to just six more points, three from play.
