John Cleary maintained Cork’s graph is on the rise despite his team suffering a third consecutive championship defeat to Kerry.

For the second time in as many seasons, they came within a score of their neighbours in a championship game. According to Cleary, that is marked progress since losing to Kerry 0-11 to 0-23 in the 2022 Munster semi-final.
