‘Good vibe’ back in Antrim camp after disappointing league

There were mitigating circumstances for Antrim in a disappointing Allianz Hurling League campaign which saw them lose all five games. Some nights at training, Darren Gleeson’s group had as many players out injured as they did on the pitch. There was also a considerable list populated by those who either stepped away from the panel or had made themselves unavailable for the league.

“We probably had an injury list of 15 players, and they were proper injuries, with surgery and stuff like that,” Antrim captain Eoghan Campbell explained at the Leinster SHC launch.
