Strong chance Josh Ryan starts in goal for Limerick against Cork

Since making his Limerick senior debut as a teenager back in 2017, Josh Ryan has moved between midfield and full-forward. It’s always been one or the other. In this Sunday’s Munster SFC quarter-final away to Cork, there’s a strong chance Ryan will wear the No.1 shirt.
Limerick football's first-choice goalkeeper of the past decade, Donal O’Sullivan, announced his retirement during the off-season. His departure left a sizable void that would not be a straightforward fill.
