The “handcuffs” constraining the Armagh footballers have been loosened in recent months. Joe Kernan wants them fully removed from this weekend forward.

Armagh finished the seven rounds of League fare as the most prolific scorers in Division 2. Nobody bettered their 9-105 total in the second division. It’s a total only Derry, Dublin, Down, and Laois bettered across the four divisions.
