The Kerry team travelling to Roscommon on St Patrick’s Day contains two changes from the line up that scored victory over Tyrone.

Barry Dan O’Sullivan and Darragh Roche have both been handed their first league starts of 2024. The two men replace Diarmuid O’Connor and Conor Geaney at midfield and in the full-forward line respectively.

Elsewhere, Galway manager Padraic Joyce has named an unchanged side for the visit of All-Ireland champions Dublin to Salthill. Joyce has kept faith with the same 15 that secured two much-needed league points away to Monaghan in Round 5.

Kevin McStay’s Mayo team for their game against Derry on Sunday shows three changes from the starting selection that comfortably overcame Roscommon last time out.

Aaron McDonnell, who replaces Jack Coyne at corner-back, will make his league debut. Matthew Ruane comes in for Eoghan McLaughlin in the middle third, while Tommy Conroy is selected in the inside line at Paul Towey’s expense.

Sunday’s visit of Derry to Castlebar will see Aidan O’Shea make his 100th league appearance in the green and red.

On the hurling front, the Galway team that welcomes All-Ireland champions Limerick to Salthill shows three changes from the side that overcame Dublin last weekend. Two of those changes are enforced as Daithí Burke and Conor Whelan serve one-match suspensions. Jason Flynn, meanwhile, is relegated to the bench.

Coming in are Ronan Glennon, at half-back, and Cathal Mannion and Evan Niland in the inside line.

Elsewhere, Dessie Hutchinson will make his first Waterford start of 2024 in their final league outing of the spring at home to Kilkenny. Hutchinson came off the bench during last Sunday’s defeat to Wexford, his half-hour involvement representing his first bit of gametime this year.
