Outgoing GAA president Larry McCarthy says his worst day in office was listening to the litany of sexual abuse former Crossmaglen Rangers treasurer Thomas McKenna committed on young male GAA members.

Last April, McKenna pleaded guilty to 162 charges against 23 victims over three decades and was jailed for 16 years.
