Joan Henchy ready for one final bite of the Big Apple

After nearly 40 years in New York, most of them advancing the GAA in the boroughs, Joan Henchy plans to return home to Kerry when her tumultuous five-year term as chair concludes.

Except Dan Kiely, the former Fianna Fáil TD and Senator, is playing second fiddle here. The chair of New York GAA is running the table.
