Eoin Carey will make his league debut for the Cork hurlers away to Clare on Sunday afternoon.

The Kilworth clubman is named at midfield, alongside Brian Roche, for Cork’s Division 1 league opener. Carey was called into the panel off the back of a fine club season and started at midfield during Cork’s only pre-season Munster SHL game against the Banner last month.
