Dessie Farrell: If James McCarthy is around I'm sure he'll be captain again

James McCarthy has been given an extra incentive to return to the Dublin football fold with the captaincy set to remain with him if he continues for a 15th season.

Last July's All-Ireland winning skipper, 33, is among a group of ultra-experienced Dublin players currently considering their futures.
