Munster GAA chief executive Kieran Leddy accepts August would be the ideal month for the All-Ireland senior finals but such a move would negatively impact dual counties.

Believing the number of inter-county games has to be cut as opposed to those at club level, Leddy remains a steadfast supporter of the split season.
