Team news: O'Brien partners O'Connor in Kerry midfield, Okunbor gets nod at six

Joe O'Connor starts once again, with another who impressed in midweek, Seán O'Brien, pivoting from his wing-back role to join him in the midfield ranks.

Kerry boss Jack O'Connor has named his team for the McGrath Cup round two clash with Limerick on Saturday afternoon. 

O'Connor's side secured a comfortable 19-point win over Tipperary last time out with his namesake, Joe, making a fine impression on his first start in over a year having recovered from an ACL rupture.

O'Connor starts once again, with another who impressed in midweek, Seán O'Brien, pivoting from his wing-back role to join him in the midfield ranks.

Stefan Okunbor - also looking to properly establish himself within the Kerry 15 having suffered numerous injury setbacks - is handed a start at centre-back for the Kingdom. 

Elsewhere, Shane Ryan starts between the sticks for the Rathkeale clash. Jason Foley's inclusion at full-back sees the Ballydonoghue defender form an athletic spine to the Kerry rearguard alongside the aforementioned Okunbor. 

Austin Stacks' Dylan Casey moves to the left corner, while Rathmore's Paul Murphy is stationed in the opposite corner.

The experienced pair of Brian Ó Beaglaoich and Gavin White man the wing-back slots.

Dingle's Dylan Geaney is retained from Wednesday night, but is flanked by Adrian Spillane and Ronan Buckley on this occasion.

Geaney's brother, Conor, is handed an opportunity to impress at corner forward, where he is joined in the full-forward line by Seán O'Shea and Spa's Dara Moynihan.
