Daniel Moynihan is the new Galway ladies football manager, but a legal matter has further delayed Mayo’s appointment of a new boss.

Ballinasloe native Moynihan was ratified as Galway manager on Monday evening. He led the county to All-Ireland minor glory earlier this year. He succeeds Maghnus Breathnach and Fiona Wynne who had served as joint managers.
