Defending champions East Kerry have been drawn against St Kieran's in the quarter-finals of the Garvey's SuperValu Kerry SFC.

Group winners East Kerry, Rathmore, Mid Kerry, and Dingle were in one pot for Monday evening’s draw on Terrace Talk with group runners-up Templenoe, St Kierans, Spa, and Na Gaeil in the other. There could be no repeat pairing from the group stages in the draw.

East Kerry, who are looking for their fourth title in five years, should have the Clifford brothers back involved after they made cameo appearances off the bench against Templenoe at the weekend. They had been rested for the group stages following Fossa's run to the intermediate final. Former Kerry minor Paul Walsh of Brosna has been in fine form for St Kieran's. They were last in the quarter-finals when losing narrowly to East Kerry in 2020.

Last year’s beaten finalists Mid Kerry have been drawn against Na Gaeil, who are in their first ever quarter-final. Na Gaeil are the only Tralee side left in the championship following the elimination of Kerins O'Rahilly's.

Club champions Dingle have been drawn against fellow club side Templenoe. Templenoe are looking to reach their first ever semi-final despite being the only side to have reached the quarter-finals for the last four years. The Geaneys have been in brilliant form for Dingle who have a 100 per cent record from the group stages.

Last year’s intermediate champions Rathmore are in the quarter-finals for the first time since 2017 and have been drawn against fellow east Kerry side Spa. Spa are in their first ever quarter-final at senior level. Rathmore won a winner takes all clash with Kenmare to advance to the quarter-finals.

All ties will take place at neutral venues with details to be announced. The quarter-finals will take place on the weekend of October 14/15, with double headers on both days likely.

Kerry SFC quarter-final draw:

Rathmore v Spa

Mid Kerry v Na Gaeil

East Kerry v St Kieran's

Dingle v Templenoe
