Douglas minors win back-to-back Cork Premier 1 football titles

Goals in both halves from full forward Mark O’Brien were enough to see Douglas over the line against their southside rivals

Rebel Óg Premier 1 MFC final: Douglas 2-10 St Finbarr’s 1-9 

Back-to-back Rebel Óg Premier 1 MFC titles for Douglas at Páirc Uí Rinn on Monday night. The winners were never behind in this exciting final, however, this city derby went all the way to the wire. They got nothing easy from St Finbarr’s - last season’s Premier 2 winners - and it was only in the final 10 minutes they started to pull away.
