Mickey Harte set for Derry job after stepping down as Louth manager

Mickey Harte and his senior coach Gavin Devlin are standing down from their Wee County roles with immediate effect.

Mickey Harte is set to fill the vacant Derry position after stepping down as Louth manager earlier today.

“The Argus” reported the Louth players were informed of the three-time All-Ireland SFC winning boss‘ decision at an impromptu meeting. The county board executive later confirmed his intentions to take over Derry in a statement.
