Liam Cahill will 'definitely appeal' Austin Gleeson's red card if there are any grounds

Gleeson marred a superb display by getting a straight red late on with the game already won which would see him miss the final against Cork

Waterford manager Liam Cahill said if there were "any grounds for appeal we'll definitely have a go at it" in the case of Austin Gleeson's straight red card against Wexford.

Gleeson marred a superb display with his late sending off, and Cahill said afterwards: "I didn't see it and I'm not taking the soft option here, I genuinely didn't see it.
