The football is taking a break this weekend, but the Allianz Hurling League kicks into top gear.

Cork host Clare at Páirc Uí Rinn on Saturday as they bid to kick-start the second half of their League campaign with a win.

The next day, top-scorer Kevin Kelly will need to be in top form as the division's two highest scoring teams, League champions Kilkenny and All-Ireland champions Limerick, meet at Nowlan Park.

Wexford, meanwhile, will face another tough home test as Tipperary visit on Sunday.

There's also action aplenty in Division 1B, with Laois v Offaly, Waterford v Carlow, and Galway v Dublin, while further down the divisions free-scoring Kildare host Derry.
