Limerick Minor hurlers lose appeal, but aren't giving up

Limerick Minor Hurlers have lost their appeal against the result of their Electric Ireland All-Ireland MHC semi-final defeat to Galway after extra-time at Croke Park.

The GAA's Central Competitions Control Committee (CCCC) met this evening in Thurles to decide on the Shannonsiders appeal, after being denied a point, owing to a problem with the score-technology system Hawkeye.
