Former GAA President Sean Kelly has urged the association to allow their stadiums to form part of an Irish bid to host the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

The GAA's Central Council announced over the weekend that it plans to put a motion before next year's Congress asking for up to six GAA grounds to be used as part of a bid.
