Rice a major doubt for All-Ireland final
Kilkenny have admitted that Michael Rice is unlikely to be fit for next month's All-Ireland final against Galway.
Rice broke his finger and damaged ligaments during the first-half of Sunday's semi-final win over Tipperary.
The Kilkenny County Board has released a statement in relation to the midfielder's injury this afternoon.
They said that the Carrickshock midfielder is "highly likely" to miss the match-up against Galway, which will be a repeat of this year's Leinster final.
